How to Order
There are several ways you can place an order and pay for your products

If you follow down the page you will find several options, and hopefully one option should suit you.
Online Orders and Credit Card orders are always processed the quickest.
You can pay via Visa, Master card, Afterpay, Direct debt.
The safest way for making payment is via the online shop or phone

  Shop Online
Option 1.  
I have set up an online shop so if you know what you want and are in a hurry you can just shop online. Your information goes via a secure Australian site and then the payment is processed via Direct One and Anz Banking. Your statement will show Smithco Management or Gidgee Smith.  You can also pay via Paypal.
On line orders are always my first priority, as the bags are paid for at the time you make the order.
These orders are usually sent with in 1 to 7 days of an order being placed. From time to time i have problems with materials and if this occurs i will try to contact you to let you know.

The post out time on the off line option will vary, as to the method of payment you are going to use.

How to Pay

 The Quickest way to recieve your products is to pay by
the Online Shop or by giving payment details via the phone 07 46548380.

 You can also pay be Direct Debt but the goods will not be sent until the money has appeared in my bank account, this can take up to 4 days, you need to email me when payment has been made.

 Cheque or money order by arrangement, however goods will not be sent until cheque is cleared

Returns Policy

We will exchange bags if you have selected the wrong size as long as you have purchased standard colour combinations, *please check combinations below, but i am not responsible for postage costs.  Bags must be returned unused and packed the same way they were sent orginally.  I am not responsible for non stand size or colour orders.  Bags that are made in non standard colours are not able to be exchanged so please choose your colours carefully.

We will cover the cost of postage for returns if we are at fault. We will replace the bag or refund the sale if we have made a mistake with on order. If you have made a mistake with you order you need to email gidgeesmith@bigpond.com directly and immediately.  We will not take responisbility for postage costs on bag exchanges if we do not recieve notification prior to delivery.    We will not refund if the purchaser decides that they do no longer want the item and we will not pay postage on returns if you decide to change the size.

Embroidery

You can have a name put on the bag online with up to 12 characters on most bags.  If you want more than one line you need to purchase a second  or third line of embroidery under the embroidery menu. You may just have to put x's in the embroidery name box and then comment what you want embroidered on the side of the bag.

Logos can only be done as an off line order as it depends on what art work is required to convert your logo to stitches.  So the amount of time spent on converting the logo and the stitch count will then reflex in price variation.

While we try to match the colours of our cotton to online colour samples you will never get a true and extact match.  The best way to ensure that all your bags have the same lettering, fabric colour and embroidery cotton is to order them at the same time as a set.

If we believe that seems to be something not quite write with you choose of cotton colours and bag colours we will endeavour to contract you to check on your selection.  Eg dark cotton's on dark fabrics etc

Postage - Australia Post

Australia Post is the cheapest and sometimes the quickest way to send out orders.
Parcels are delievered directly to the post office in Morven. A $3 handling charge applies to cover the cost of packaging. Postage goes out at 2.30pm, and we work on having orders out within 1 to 3 working days.

 

 Registered Post 
Approximate rates $3 per parcel up to $100 and $1.15 per $100 or part thereof, in excess of $100 and up to $5000
You will need to state if you want to use registered post but could be subject to change with out warning. this charge doesn't.  These rates may increase may increase with Australia Post with out notice, but we do our best to keep them current.

 

Drop Off
I can arrange for drop off at the Morven Road House, but this needs to be arranged prior to making your order.

 

Express postage is also available, it is only any good for small orders.
The postage packs which are supplied via Australia post are only small. $11 express for 750gm ,$14.80 express 3kg  will carry up to an overnight, $24 express 5kg will carry 2 single saddles. It can be cheaper to use this method to send interstate.  I will up grade interstate orders to Express if they have paid standard postage and the order will fit into an express parcel.  These prices may change due to Australia Post price increases

Delivery Policy

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We will arrange for the delivery of your order with 3 to 7 working days.  From time to time orders may be delayed and you will be notified when this happens. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery due to  but we are happy to give an estimation of time.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived, we will lodge enquiries with the courier or australia post to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order or a refund.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Privacy Policy

We have committed ourselves to protecting your privacy. We use the information gathered to enable your account and to enhance your online experience.We will not sell our database of customer details or details about customers to a third party. Any and all the information collected on this website will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. We respect the right of users to remain anonymous and will endeavour not to knowingly disclose user identities unless directed by a court of law.

When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfill your order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account.
